Publisher's standads/Instructions for authors

The articles will be submitted to an external evaluation process (country and institution) by the double-blind system. Manuscripts with a negative opinion will be sent to a third reviewer, whose decision will be final. The time between receipt of the manuscript and the first response from the arbitrators shall not exceed 45 days. The average manuscript turnaround time is about 12 weeks between the date of reception and its possible publication, so the authors are notified that once the time limit has passed without having reached a conclusion, they can withdraw the article, being previously informed by the editors, then the authors can send it to another journal. Manuscript accepted under the condition of making minor changes must be updated within 30 days.

The journal Sinergia Académica is a quarterly publication of the Editorial Tecnocientífica Americana, United States of America, with scientific purposes. Its main mission is to promote, foster and disseminate the results of scientific research in the field of Social Sciences and the Arts and Humanities. It belongs to the publishing group Etecamsa (Editorial Tecnocientífica Americana & Sinergia Académica).

GENERAL GUIDELINES

The articles submitted for possible publication will be of an eminently scientific nature; due to the nature of the publisher and the journal. Articles of a journalistic nature or general comments on any subject will not be accepted. They must be original and not have been published previously, as well as not being submitted at the same time to an opinion in any other publication.
The reception of an article does not imply its acceptance for publication.
Collaborations are subject, in the first instance, to an editorial opinion, which consists of verifying that the work corresponds to the subject matter of the journal and that it complies with each and every one of the established guidelines.
The resolutions of the opinion process are:
Accept submission (approved for publication without changes).
Revisions are required (approved for publication when minor corrections have been made).
Resubmit for review (conditioned on mandatory changes and re-evaluation).
Forward to another site (when not responding to the journal profile).
Reject submission. See comments (a file with wider criteria is attached).
Dissenting results will be referred to a third opinion, which will be final.
The opinions are unappealable.
The judgments are solely responsible for reviewing the changes made in the case of results subject to resubmission.
The limit of resubmission for a paper is three times, after which the paper is rejected for exceeding it.
The author has thirty calendar days to make corrections.
The Editorial Committee of the publisher may make any style corrections and editorial changes it deems necessary to improve the work, without changing its content.
The judging process is determined by the number of articles on the waiting list. Authors may follow the progress of their work in the judging and editing process through the web.
The Editorial Committee of the publisher will resolve any unforeseen cases.
The numbers of the magazine will be integrated by the amount of articles that the Editorial Committee determines, from those that at the moment of the closing of edition count on the approval of at least two referees or opinion makers. Depending on a better thematic composition, Sinergia Acadèmica reserves the right to postpone the accepted articles.
The articles must be uploaded through the platform in Word file, font Arial 12 with simple spacing and in English paragraph type (without indentation in the first line).
The articles will be submitted to a peer review process, under the double blind modality by two members of the editorial's panel of referees, which is composed of prestigious academics from national and international institutions; always external to the authors' institution of affiliation.
The acronyms must be defined the first time they appear in the text, in the reference, in the tables and graphics. For example, in the text the first time should be written: Hagle.
Authors may use the material in their article in other works or texts published by them, with the condition of citing Sinergia Académica magazine as the original source.
The maximum number of authors is five.
The cover page of the paper must include the full name of the author(s) and the form of authorship (main author, co-author or collaborator), as well as his/her e-mail address, orcid code and institutional affiliation.
