The cultural management of the El Cañito television room for community sociocultural transformation

Cultural management is a topic of great importance in community development processes, in this case special attention is given to the management developed in the El Cañito television room for community sociocultural transformation, taking into account that there are insufficiencies for its realization, for what is required is a guiding management that guarantees sociocultural characterization to achieve an increase in the participation of the population in cultural life, defending its identity and diversity. The objective of the research is: to project and execute an action plan aimed at satisfying the sociocultural needs of the community through the El Cañito television room. Theoretical and empirical methods were used, which allowed synthesizing the most relevant sources of the topic investigated. The results demonstrated that the proposal constitutes an essential way to promote the quality of life of the population, for the achievement of a comprehensive general culture.
