Physical and technical exercises of relaxation as prophylatic treatment of hypertensive risks in pregnant

In the human race there is no other process designed as successfully as the natural fact of pregnancy. One of the risks that occurs in this stage is arterial hypertension, however there are different routes for the care of pregnant women dispenzarized as hypertensive or at risk to be. Generally, this care is based on physical rest among other prophylactic measures, thus decreasing the effectiveness of physical interventions, that provided therapeutic concerns to solve an existing, latent and dangerous problem to achieve the prevention of hypertensive risk during the pregnancy period. For this, methods and techniques of scientific research of the theoretical, empirical and statistical procedures were used. These allowed to diagnose, propose actions, apply techniques and relaxation exercises, to evaluate the results that consisted in preventing the onset of this disease in pregnant women with predisposition to suffer it or who already have it before beginning the pregnancy stage. it is a myth. It is concluded that pregnant women at risk of suffering from arterial hypertension or who already suffer from this disease if they receive physical exercises and relaxation techniques as a method of prevention, will enjoy a healthy pregnancy and delivery.Principio del formulario
