The technologies of empowerment and participation as an alternative to the learning-teaching process

This article presents a research that focuses on the use of empowerment and participation technologies (TEP) as a pedagogical measurement tool. The acronym TEP refers to a transformation of technological tools with the integration of new physical configurations in the technological network, and is the evolution of information and communication technologies (ICT). They are having greater prominence in many aspects of the daily coexistence of society, in order to improve the quality of life and apply digital tools in the educational field. In this way, we are becoming part of a technological culture.
